The Beretta Tomcat is either DA or SA pistol, chambered for .32 Auto ammunition. Maximum magazine capacity is 7 rounds. It’s available in an "Inox" variant, with stainless steel slide and barrel and the frame anodized to look the same. Titanium model was available for a short time as well. There was also a model called the "Alley Cat" that was a Tomcat Tritium version with tritium night sights. Early versions of this pistol were subject to frame cracking in the slide just above the trigger area and this problem was solved when Beretta implemented and modified the slide area of the gun to be thicker, designating these as Wide-Slide models, although the alteration is not immediately discernible. In compare to size of a smartphone, the Beretta Tomcat is tiny and offering the power of the .32 ACP cartridge.
